The Urban Rebounder Series Compilation 2 consists of 4 workouts: Box street dance hip hop and Bounce, Dance Bound, Core Bound street dance hip hop and Hip Hop Bound. Available on VHS or DVD. Box street dance hip hop and Bounce is all the boxing you love without the impact to your joints. Take the upper body postures of boxing street dance hip hop and kick boxing street dance hip hop and add the lower postures of the Urban Rebounding Core Moves to make a powerful cardiovascular workout!
